My approach
I start with a structured review of your acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics. I identify where you lose the most customers and where the biggest revenue opportunity sits. From that analysis I produce a prioritised 90-day plan with specific actions, owners, and success metrics. I can then work alongside your team to implement it, or hand over a detailed brief for your existing agency or in-house team to execute.
