My approach
I run a thorough technical audit first: crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, indexation issues, site structure. Then I look at what you are ranking for, what you should be ranking for, and the gap between them. From there I build a prioritised plan: technical fixes first, then content improvements, then link acquisition. Progress is tracked monthly against search visibility, organic traffic, and revenue where tracking allows.
